Construction timelines vary by floor plan, homesite, weather, and current build queue, but 6-9 months is typical. Quick-move-in homes already under construction can close much faster, sometimes within 30 to 60 days of signing the Sales Agreement. Our Sales Team will provide you with a realistic timeline for the specific home or plan you are considering at the time of the Sales Agreement signing.
Cielo in Pflugerville is assigned to Round Rock ISD. Brahmans Draw in Spicewood is served by Lake Travis ISD or Marble Falls ISD, depending on location within the community. Specific campus assignments by address can be confirmed by our Sales Team.
Yes. Both Cielo and Brahmans Draw carry a rotating inventory of quick-move-in homes, meaning homes already under construction or recently completed, available on a short timeline. These homes have structural and finish selections already made, which is ideal for buyers with a lease ending, a relocation date, or a school-year deadline.
