Your assigned Sales Agent will meet you at the community, walk you through the model home or available inventory, answer specific questions about floor plans, homesites, pricing, and timelines, and take as much time as you need.

Most tours run 45 to 90 minutes, though we can extend if you want to walk additional homesites or compare plans in depth. No pressure. No hard pitch. No expectations. Our goal is for you to leave the tour knowing whether this Keystone Homes community is the right fit.

We will work around your schedule, either way.

Appointments are strongly preferred but not always required. An appointment guarantees that a specific Sales Team member is available to walk you through the home, answer your questions, and pull inventory or homesite details in real time. Drop-in visits during model home hours are often accommodated, but may involve a wait if another tour is already in progress. Yes, absolutely. Real estate agents are welcome on every Keystone Homes tour and fully supported through the process. If you are working with an agent, bring them with you on your first visit so they are registered, and the relationship is protected from the start. Let us know on the form or when you call that you have a realtor, and include their name and brokerage so we can properly register the visit.

Bring your ID, a notebook or your phone for notes, and any pre-approval letter you already have from your lender. If you are touring with a spouse or partner, try to come together so both decision-makers can see the homes at the same time. If you are bringing a realtor, bring them as well. Beyond that, comfortable shoes, you will walk a lot more than you expect, and your questions.
