Building Your Home, Stage by Stage

Your Construction Manager oversees every stage of construction, from lot scrape through final orientation. Buyers typically meet their Construction Manager at the lot orientation at the start of the build. Your main point of contact will still be your Sales Agent. You will have three formal meetings with your Construction Manager: lot orientation, pre-drywall orientation, and the final buyer orientation. If you need to meet with your Construction Manager outside of these three formal meetings, then simply ask your Sales Agent to set it up.

Corey has been in construction since graduating from TCU. He began his career cleaning up hazardous materials, then went to industrial flooring before working in commercial roofing. He landed on custom homes in Dallas, where he built an 11,000-square-foot home, before moving back to New Braunfels. Corey continued to build residential homes around San Antonio and New Braunfels until finding Keystone Homes. He has built over 500 homes in his 14 years of construction, ranging from fully custom to production and even off-site builds.

Setting the Standard

The leadership team at Keystone Homes sets the building standards, selects the communities we build in, and is responsible for the long-term direction of the company. Several members of the leadership team are also directly involved in construction oversight, architectural review, and the buyer experience after closing.

Andy Quintanilla

Andy grew up in the construction world, learning the craft at his father's side as they restored old homes together. Those early years taught him not just how to build, but how to take pride in doing things the right way. That foundation stayed with him as he went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Design from Texas A&M.

Over the past 37 years, Andy has worn many hats, warranty superintendent, construction superintendent, construction manager, project manager, Director of Operations, Sales Manager, VP of Construction, VP of Purchasing, VP of Operations, and Principal. Each position gave him a deeper appreciation for the responsibility that comes with building someone's home.

What means the most to Andy, even after all these years, is seeing a family walk into their finished home for the first time. Their gratitude and excitement remind him why he's devoted his life to this career.
