Buyers select from defined elevation options, structural options (such as bonus rooms or extended primary suites where applicable), and a curated set of finish selections including flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and fixtures. Structural changes are available on homes still early in the build cycle. Quick-move-in homes already under construction have selections in place. The Rockdale at Cielo is currently our smallest floor plan at 1,460 square feet, with three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a one-story layout. It is the only single-story plan in the current Cielo collection, which makes it a frequent choice for buyers who want to avoid stairs without compromising on new construction or location. Pricing on the Rockdale starts in the $300s, depending on homesite and finishes.
The Crockett at Brahmans Draw is currently our largest floor plan, ranging from 3,460 to 3,705 square feet with four to five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and two stories. We designed this floor plan for the Hill Country luxury buyer who wants more square footage, generous primary spaces, and the room to host family or extended guests. The Crockett sits on the larger end of our Brahmans Draw lineup and pairs well with the larger homesites in the community.
